Bridge Worldwide Honored Among 25 Best Places to Work in America 06/25/07

[Cincinnati, OH—June 25, 2007] For the second year in a row, Cincinnati-based Bridge Worldwide has been named among the 25 Best Companies to Work for in America in the small business category. The list was announced today before an audience of more than 15,000 at the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 59th Annual Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas.

"This award is a celebration of our culture, our environment, our hard work, and our people," said Bridge Worldwide President and CEO Jay Woffington. "We're honored to be counted as one of the most outstanding companies in America."

Bridge Worldwide is in the business of bringing world-class marketing ideas to life. The keys to the company's continued success and growth include imaginative culture, employee dedication, and cutting-edge training.

Employee-Generated Culture: Each employee makes a personal contribution to the working environment of Bridge Worldwide. From the conference rooms named after icons that inspire the employees (such as Henson, Einstein, and Parks) to the monthly all-employee celebrations, it's clear to see how each employee is dedicated to and inspired by this unique culture. Committed to Continued Improvement: Every Bridge employee is dedicated to making themselves, and the world around them, a better place together. Employees participate in volunteering as a company to take an active role in improving the cities they call home. Bridge Worldwide also focuses on employee wellness, with initiatives to help them get fit and stay healthy (including an on-site fitness center). Structure of Equality: Each idea from every employee is heard at Bridge Worldwide because no one is made inaccessible. Instead of closed offices, the open seating environment reflects the open-door policy at Bridge where management meets with each employee to welcome ideas for growth and change. Progressive Processes: Learning and personal development are cornerstones of Bridge Worldwide. New employees participate in orientation sessions to help them understand how each department interacts and contributes to the business, and ongoing training is given to keep each employee up to speed on leading technology that drives future success. Bridge Worldwide offers eLearning courses and participates in group learning exercises to stay on top of their game.

"We work, play, and grow together with activities that bring us closer together as a team," said Christina Reinerman, an account executive at the agency. "This is more than a company; it's a family. Working at Bridge Worldwide is a simply fantastic experience."

This year, Bridge Worldwide continued its five-year trend of substantial growth by adding new clients to its roster, which resulted in about 30 new hires–taking the total count to more than 150 employees. And with new Centers of Excellence, including Experience Media and User Experience, Bridge is well suited to meet the challenges of the industry with continued success.

This is the fourth year for the 25 Best Companies to Work for in America list, which ranks the top 25 small- and top 25 medium-sized companies in America that use smart people-management strategies to develop successful organizations with highly productive and satisfied workforces. The organizations, ranging in size from 50 to 999 employees, were announced by SHRM and selected and ranked by the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTW). The results were based on a randomly distributed employee opinion survey. Each company evaluated was given a score based on employees' responses to a detailed questionnaire about the organizations' workplace cultures.

Stories about the winning organizations will appear in the July issue of HR Magazine, the Society's flagship publication with a circulation of 210,000 (available at www.shrm.org/hrmagazine). The winning organizations also will be listed on the GPTW website at www.greatplacetowork.com.
