Our Client Service team serves as the voice connecting our agency and our clients. This group leads client relationships, using a combination of business understanding, marketing expertise, and problem-solving skills. This team seeks individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who listen first, then bring the right resources and insights to bear in fulfilling client requests. Passion and accountability are a must.
Creative
Our Creative team is driven by the mantra, “Great ideas, beautifully executed, in new and innovative ways.” To break that down, we develop ideas using sound strategies and consumer insights. Close collaboration between copywriters and designers sparks creative executions that connect emotionally with the target audience. And we tirelessly seek out new technologies to deliver our ideas in new and innovative ways. This approach has helped Bridge Worldwide become a leading digital agency.
Experience Media
Bridge Worldwide’s Experience Media team develops next-generation interactive systems and rich-media content. Mixing the creative and technology disciplines, this team delivers highly immersive, innovative, and engaging work.
Experience Planning
Experience Planning keeps the customer perspective at the center of our work. In addition, Experience Planners craft experiences based on customer insight. Skills within Experience Planning include user research, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy, and usability.
Operations
The Operations team supports Bridge Worldwide in several disciplines: Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Office Management, IT Systems/Support, and Workflow Management. Successful candidates are proactive problem solvers, clear thinkers, and quick learners who embrace a client-service mentality.
Research
The Research team delivers relevant consumer insights to the work we do. Our consumer experts ensure the voice of the consumer is represented throughout planning, creative development, and execution. Researchers plan, execute, analyze, and report using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research. In addition, they develop and execute strategies for ongoing measurement.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
The SEM team is a strategic and integral part of the company, working closely with multiple departments. This team closes the gap between the brand message and the consumer. We develop content- and campaign-specific search strategies and execute them via search engine optimization (SEO), paid placement advertising, paid inclusion, and back-linking.
Technology
The Technology team thrives on learning and developing new technologies to deliver digital solutions for each clients' marketing objectives. DHTML, JSP, .NET, PHP, and AJAX are just a few of the programming languages we use to create and maintain Web-based relationship marketing programs for our clients. Our technologists work closely with other disciplines to bring creative concepts and ideas to life online. This team builds a wide variety of sites and applications, ranging from enterprise-level development to Web 2.0 mash-ups. Our Technology team values effective communication skills, a desire to excel, and a passion to learn new technologies.
Strategic Planning
The Strategic Planning team serves three main roles. First, these individuals ensure we make the right choices and recommendations to build our clients’ businesses. They lead the annual planning process with clients and define how digital marketing is used to market a new product. Second, this team reaches out to potential clients through a pitch process. Finally, strategic planners take part in product development and media innovation.
Project Management
The Project Management team applies leadership expertise at the right time to deliver great interactive work, while driving profitable business results for the agency. On individual projects, they ensure that work is assigned appropriately, delivered promptly, and executed to the highest standards. Across our teams, project managers are also responsible for budget management, team planning, and resource utilization.
