Tree Huggers & Shrub Cuddlers

Our inner voices were clear: Convert our digital agency into a leafy-green operation. It wasn’t long before the "BeingGreen" program was born.

The Greenitiative

Our BeingGreen team encourages employees to make small but impactful changes in their lives. We started at work, and then educated employees about positive changes they can make in their homes and communities.

The highlight of our campaign came during Green Week, which included a reusable grocery bag design competition, a coffee mug contest, a "Take the Bus to Work" day, an employee-led Green Fair, and an all-employee off-site event to clean up a community park. Activities for the rest of the year include recycling promotions, composting at home, education about sustainability, and other Earth-friendly endeavors.

BeingGreen is now a crucial part of Bridge's corporate social responsibility. Caffeine addicts now express pride and individuality through their ceramic coffee mugs, rather than wasteful paper cups. We're even planning green parties, and encouraging others to take this new awareness home.
